Last week I Sold a website to a fellow in the US. I sold the website through Escrow, I selected Domain as the item. So he sent the payment to escrow and escrow sent me a cheque last week. After I deposited the cheque, He starts threatening me about how he wants his money back. Also the Site has not been transfered yet and its value is less than $1k. So What should I do?

    Refund or No Refund?

What are the circumstances of your website sale? Do you have a pre-agreed contract? Are any facts being misrepresented (traffic, stats etc) when you sold the site to your USA buyer?

All these should be weighted accordingly. Some buyers can be unreasonable and at the same time, some sellers can just be conmen. It all depends on the agreed terms of contract.
