refreals 100%

    Depends on the ip if its some other country ip or another ip guess no problems

    Not really a problem for referrals. It is much harder to con the referrals system than it is AdSense for content - your visitors need to complete at least 2 functions (click, download and use) for you to receive payment. 100% CTR on normal ad units however is very suspicious.

    Did i read your post right, that you've gotten only ONE click?

    either way, since referrals are PPA (pay per Action), not PPC (Pay per click) as long as you arent making false claims about the referral or anything like that, a high CTR does not matter..
