well my refreal user has submitted PIN , Submitted TAX. (NO HOLDS) and he made $100+ on wednesday... BUt i didnt get $250.... at might be the reason????
You have to wait until he is able to receive the cheque which means you'll have to wait around one month more. 1 month and 7 ir 8 days to be more precise.
I am not sure.. but your account should be credited instantly. BTW, how do you know all this info about your referral? Did you asked your friends to register through your referral link?
You're wrong. He has to wait until hes friend is able to receive the money. That means about one month time from now.

Based on my interpretation of how the referral payout works, the $100 must be 'verified' before you get your payout.. and i THINK they don't do the verifications until just before they send the check, towards the end of the month.. FWIW - I got one of those $250 payouts a few months ago - w00t!
According to you, your friend reached on Wednesday so your 7 hour theory is wrong... Totally agree. They would never give $250 before checking if the clicks were valid etc etc and they like to do that before releasing the cheques.
