Referring Affiliate Networks?

Hey guys!!
Do you know which affiliate networks pay a commission to refer people to them?
Also, which ones don't require you to be using their ads on your site? For example, Chitika doesn't let you in their referral program if you don't have their ads on your site.

Yes, I would say 90% of them.

As you can see, I have listed the ones that have paid me, and most others I have money sitting waiting to reach cashout.

 

I have a good list of networks at my site and I have been paid by all of them. These are all recommended!
