Hello I'm a vendor of Iaas & SaaS products, and I'm looking for referrers in the shape of bloggers and the kind of "top10" page owners as referral partners. Does anyone know, if there is such a kind of a public list of website owners who do referring to you, so I can contact them directly? Not interested in marketeer referral network sites, or how they are called. Sorry if my question sounds like a from a beginner, I really are . Thank you. Best Regards Alfons
Public lists are called directories I doubt you'll find a directory or list, you'll have to do the googling yourself and assess each blogger on their merits. If you were looking for "influencers" you might find a list of their charge rates somewhere and then contact them directly.
If they are in top 10 then you need good budget, specially in niche market you are looking for ..... So i agree with @sarahk you should search related blogger or webmasters and contact them according to your need and budget.
They are usually being listed in directories, but these files aren't that easy to find, so if you want to contact the website owners the best chance that you got is to try to search for their contact manually on sites or different places on Google.
