Hi! These days my blog has huge number of referring spams. Is it hurt my Google rank and AdSense account?

If they click on your ADS, then yes! This will be a problem.

    hi.
Definitely they will cause a problem to your site. If Google index your site then Google will banned it. So, try to check your blogs again and check it and remove spam things in your blog.

    hi.
They can create a problem for you and for your site. Because Google hates spammers, so better to check your site and update it. Google likes only manual work.

If you are referring to outgoing links with an affiliate id in them, then yes G could value your site differently; try cloaking them and have plenty of unique and quality content to make up for the links.

In my opinion it does not matter as long as they do not click on your adsense ads.
