I have 2 referrals from this domain. I have emailed [edited: sorry .biz not .com!] and (the domain registrar) asking for the link to be removed forthwith saying I am not happy with the content of their site (porn links) and do not want my business associated with it in any way. They are based in the EU (Latvia) and it would be quite tempting to sue just for the publicity value. I imagine I would get a default judgment which would cost around £100 and could not realistically be enforced but may be picked up by the IT press. I have a Law degree so this would not be difficult. Is there a particular procedure for complaints of this type? Any other comments or suggestions?
