REFERRALS 2.0 Legal Review

Hi,

I m using review for each Referral product. My AdSense earnings increase up to 100%.

But....

What is legal review (not against AdSense) ?
Please, look this picture (its part of my webpages), and tell me, LEGALLY OR NOT ?

I think this answers your question. Just don't include words like "Click here" or "click the link to download". But its better to ask Google directly, just to be sure.

Seems OK to me.

 

Maybe the only problem would be the image near the ads.

 

yep, the problem may be the picture near the ads..

 

Neh pic thing is for content ads, this doesn't only take 1 click to count as a conversion, better ask Google but from my experience this is fine.

 

So, only problem is picture from the left side of review.
If review text is OK, I m deleting picture.

Do somebody have links to websites with referrals with review ?

 

There should be no problem with the picture.

Referrals are NOT content ads!

But the best way to make sure is to contact google and ask them,
if it is ok with them to post your referrals like that.

that is what I did with all my adsense placements that I was not a 100% sure of.

Referrals are not just click conversions, a action is needed from the user who clicks the ad, action can be sign up, sale, survey, etc.
Hence this is perfectly correct and there is nothing wrong as you have mentioned from Adsense TOS,.

I put referrals reviews without pictures and my clicks and earnings dramaticlly go down.
So, my question in 1.post is very important, even for evolution Google AdSense referrals.

 

Yes, it seems on to me.
There was a showcase about the Firefox referral explaining the same technique.

 

Ok, now I earning enough without picture in referral product review, I have only text.
But, I not sure that is (product review on my way, like on the picture on 1.post) also legal.

I write to AdSense Support before faw days, but no answer.

What are you think ?
