Referral System?

I have searched far and wide and have yet to find a referral plugin/script for Joomla.

I am looking for one that automatically gives a member a custom referral URL when they sign up like http://www.gurucontent.com/refid=meggysmom
(like any site would do)

and be able to see their referred members.

I would be very thankful for any help!
