Uh, no thanks - I have a few of those already - but thanks for asking :D

Believe it or not, I never thought of doing that. Thanks - when I get a chance, I'll explore that.

It was supposed to mean that I am aware ref spamming works on a certain level and that was posted in the context of the thread, where the thread started said ref spamming doesn't work and I disagree with him and I think it works to a certain extent as I have checked backlinks of a lot of high ranking sites and I see plenty of backlinks shown as a result of ref spamming.

So there you go I am explained it as well as I could, but not too sure if you have enough brain to grasp the fact.

    Have a nice day. :)

Direct attacks on people basically show that you can't prove you point well enough.

Also, was the a reason you spammed my blog?

Was there a reason you sent me a PM that said I was an idiot?

    Seems like harrassment to me.

Dude you are the one who started the attack ok.

I was just stating my opinion in this thread and you called me a spammer for no reason, I let it go.

Then again the next day you called me a spammer again for no reason, this time it pissed me off.

Now you are lying again saying I spammed your blog.

I just left a post in your blog, didn't spam you.

But I should really let this go, coz I don't think you can fathom what spam is ok, I mean a person who thinks france is in asia, why should I even bother about what he says.

An alternative to the original test is to find a nonsense string of chars like ertyuio and see if google et al starts recognising it as "content" on the other sites. You just give a broken-link referrer with the string and see if it gets anywhere.

    Ethically spam is bad
Technically it might just be good

but the big debates of our generation will be ethics versus technology. You see that in the eugenics debates, transplant debates, women having children in their 60s etc.

Personally there will always be people who say that what is technically possible must be permissable. I think technical feasibility is only part of the equation.

Absolutely. And one of the things I like about Google is that eventually they manage to find a way to weed out at least some of those who decide that technology is more important. It's a nice irony that they usually do that with technology. :)

Well I checked your site which was travel-asia something and in that you had a article about hotels in france of something.

Anyways this thread is going way off topic, so forget it, though I would like to know why you accused me of "spamming" your blog.

I don't like your attitude, is there a way to ignore posts by a certain member?

Well I agree with you, but get ready to be flamed by people like "AfterHim.com" and some other peeps who have no clue about a having a healthy discussion. Whats more, you might be called a spammer and get some negative reps as well.

    Cheers.:)
