Referral Script

    I am looking for someone who can wrote a script like this :

    http://gh.ffshrine.org/register.php

    So basicaly, its a anime/music download site using a "referral" system. The more you refer, the more you can download. I know this is a custom script, so i am looking for someone who can make me a similiar script like this, and how much is the cost if you're willing to take it ?

    Script seems like a cool idea, but how is the money made for the person running the site? :S
