referral/reward system..

    Just wondering if anyone can code me something like this:
    http://gh.ffshrine.org/register.php

    So, basically, you create a system that allows user to promote your site. And for each click that particular user will earns "points", which can be used to download stuffs from the site.

    If anyone can do this, please let me know (with your price):)
