A webhost Referral pays $97.64 per sign UP that costs the client $7.5/mo

Does that mean: the advertiser(webhost) will pay me $97.64 if someone sign up?

Some of the referrals don't have set rates, but are dependent on exactly what the referred individual purchases. You might earn half for a one-year contract, or the full price for 2+ years... I'm not sure but that's my guess. $50-$60 seems pretty standard for a 1-year shared hosting referral.

but you will get paid only if they choose a 1 year plan I think so..
