Referral earnings

Hi,
I have looked into my paypal account and there is this message from Chitika:

But it is not true.
When I click in chitika into my referral revenue - there is written:

Uh Oh!
You don't currently have any referrals that have been approved for our eMiniMalls service.

Code (markup):

There is no earning. - ??

I have two referral banners set on two sites of mine (1 Month ago) but If I look into the "referral revenue" there is always written: Uh Oh!....You dont... (see above).

What is the matter here?
Does the Text "Uh Oh!...." appear whenn nobody clicked on the banner?
I dont understand.

 

It means no one signed up after clicking your link.

 

It's just a message we all got, even those with no referral revenue, so no worries.
