A few thoughts: It doesn't cost you anything to send money via PayPal, only to receive, why not lower to a more "obtainable" number for your members; as it stands, someone would have to refere 45 new members for $15 ... if they feel it's not obtainable, they may not feel the needed synergy to attempt at all. You might want to state/put in provisions to say that IP of new members will be tracked .... I have 50+ email accounts - nip the fraud at the head and let them know that you cannot refer yourself and post under many aliases ... Suggesting that your members post the forum in sig block of other fourms and the like may not be a welcome move by the owners/admins of other forums ... your members may find themselves in a negative light as a result; they'll blame you, not the other forum owner - simply advise that they might first check the rules/terms of other forums to ensure it's allowable. Personally, I think you may find yourself flooded with a bunch of driveby posters and spammers with this effort ... a large HS with a savvy geek entrepreneur could really rack up on this, "Hey guys, help me out and we'll party on the money..." The necessity for at least one post is a grand idea but may need a little more time at the drawing board ... Good Luck!
