Referral/complete offer site's. is there a market ?

So i've found a real nice domain and reg'd her.. Started a design and got it all coded up with a nice custom script..

Is it worth it running 1 of these site's, can i gain revenue from such a site.. and probley the most solid question that would bound the whole project... Is it fun creating 1 of these's site's/business's..
