It looks like an image beside an ad. As far as I know, image beside an ad is against the rules.

it's not an image, it's a referral ad.
i never heard of rules how to combine them.

you're just placing 2 ads next to each other - everybody does it ..no big problem

 

i have a reg ad too and a ref ad right beside each other (but then it's both 468x60 hehe)

 

i contacted google germany and they said it's ok because it's not misleading and it's not an image!

so do you think it can increase the CTR? anybody experimented with this method?
