Referral ads next to normal ads allowed?

    It looks like an image beside an ad. As far as I know, image beside an ad is against the rules.

    it's not an image, it's a referral ad.
    i never heard of rules how to combine them.

    I think it does comply with Google ToS since the picture is not misleading.

    The method is quite legal and interesting

    I have confirmed this through the adsense support so you guys should not have any problems

    I am new to Adsense and was not aware that picture cannot be next to ads. Why is that so ?

    i contacted google germany and they said it's ok because it's not misleading and it's not an image!

    so do you think it can increase the CTR? anybody experimented with this method?
