Referral ad not showing, pls help!

I waited for 6 hours but still the referral ad is not showing in my right side bar.
It does not show in firefox, it is gray in opera, and it is white in IE... Have I done something wrong?

What are you doing? This is like 4 posts exactly the same, you'll be having trouble soon I think if you don't stop... but what do I know, I'm only a "grunt" HaHaHaHa!

 

It seems to be a template problem so I changed my them to a simple one...

 

I'm sorry but there were a server issues earlier and I though the message did gone through...Mod, please delete other duplicate messages.. I kept on refreshing because the server was down some 3 hours ago..
