Referencing in India, Russia and China

    Will posting English language site to yandex.ru or rambler.ru help? As I understand they target mostly Russian language domains since their target audience is Russian speaking. Or you are going to translate your site to Russian?

    posting english language sites to baidu rambler or yandex will probably gain an extremely little amount of visitors, but this is not the case, I am searching other other engines to counterbalance google's power
