    Whats the best way to do these? I would like a script that people could use to refer people but I don't think they exist for forums. Is the best way to just get the new members to pm me with the name of their referrer?

    What forum software are you using? Most have these hacks/mods that you can easily install. ;)

    Phpbb doesn't seem to have one that's been oficially released..I searched all seem to be either in Beta or abandoned. Here's this one though..

    I don't know how hard installing that'd be though. it seems to integrate with a lot of other big mods.

    P.S. you might wanna consider VB...I know it's not free but buying vb I feel was one of the smartest things I've done...

    I do plan to move to vB some time in the future but at the moment funds make it impossible.

    I've downloaded that mod, it looks very good, I'll add it tomorrow :D
