Redundancy made me 100% more productive!

    Hello All,

    Yes like many people I too was made redundant earlier this year. I didn't see it coming...all of a sudden redundancies were annouced and then I was gone. Almost 4 years of service and then the boot. :mad:

    But, it was probably the best thing that has happened to me for ages. Yes it was hard not having any money and constantly applying for jobs but I had so much time available and a new burst of energy due to NEEDING to make some money to survive !

    The extra time allowed me to set up several new money streams that I had been meaning to do for ages. Now I have found a new job, I have a nice BONUS income created using the time when i was job-less.

    This forum has been a fountain of useful knowledge and answered many questions all in one place. Thanks Everyone!
