I receive e-mail from my hosting provider taking about violations through something called " server resource utilization" an i dont understand what i must do to resolve this issue.

this is the message i received:
"It has come to our attention that your hosting account is causing an overload of the shared resources on this server. This, in turn, affects the server performance for other customers. We are migrating your site to a new server to provide you time to resolve the issue.

Please note: until this migration completes, your account will be suspended in order to protect the overall health of the server. This inconvenience is necessary to protect the overall health of our servers.

Unfortunately, we are not able to troubleshoot custom scripting and therefore, we are not able to provide specific solutions. However, the following files have been accessed the most and should be a starting point for further troubleshooting. Keep in mind, these files may not be the root cause of this issue.

Did You change the URL to Mysite.com Or the Host gave you the details like Mysite.com?

If the second case is true, for each call of the files listed above, it pings Mysite.com and hence causes a Lot of Resource from the Server! Simple as that!

#1 identify the process that use the cpu

    #2 modify/remove these process

    or

    Switch to a dedicated server
