    Over the past few months, I have been working with Joomla to cut resource usage, add security first with Namecheap and now with Siteground.

    Removed Crons
    Robots.txt
    .htacces
    RS firewall GEO IP block, automated blacklisting (all IPs minus US, Canada, India)
    Joomla admin additional login layer for the brute force bots
    Cpanel IP deny unnatural IP activity
    Cacheing in Joomla max
    Cacheing CPanel supercache
    Bing/Google crawl rates reduced to lowest allowed
    All RSS feeds closed one added with no new content to feed
    Upgrade Namecheap: Business SSD
    Upgrade Sitepoint: Grow Big
    No large media stored
    No dynamic content

    Am I missing something? Bad bots don't care about Robots or declaring...
