    Some basic guidelines for submissions include:
    Categories: Sites should be submitted to the most relevant category, no site will be accepted at the Top Level categories.
    Title: Title must include the official site's name and it can also have 3-4 keywords (No promotional language)
    Description: Description should be accurate with no promotional language and should effectively describe what the site offers.

    Submission fees are refundable in the case (and only in the case) that your submission gets rejected.
