There are over 500 templates that users can chose from which makes it a unique blog hosting site The home theme is a custom one and not yet used on any other site which is alone worth $100. The site is currently hosted with hostgator for 9.95 a month. You can keep it on there or switch it to another host. I do have a very cheap webdesigner that can assist you with any changes you wish to make to the site.
