    Theres too many cars on the roads, hopefully petrol prices will keep the poor on public transport, and make my journey times more bearable. I wont be signing.

    Where's the petition to put petrol prices UP, and reduce the ridiculous number of urban assault vehicles on our roads?

    I live sort of in the country so the roads are clear, is great! I only drive in the evening/ early morning anyway so ahrdly ever see congestion.

    That risen petrol charge is called the London toll or whatever its called.

    slow down there, thats not what I meant. I want less people on the roads so that I can fully enjoy my Ranger Rover V8 without having to stop and start in traffic jams every 2mins.
