I have a DVD (37 minutes long) which has high white noise levels and low audio on the speech. Can anyone remove the white noise and raise the audio levels so this can be shown to audiences? I can convert the 2GB DVD to an AVI/wmv/mpeg file if that helps. Is it possible, how much will it cost and how long will it take? Who can do this?
dude head out to doom9 forums and check out conversion. You would have to use white noise reduction filters and re encode your audio. It will not take you more than an hour to find out on that forum. If you know how to use virtualdub mod then its a cake walk. Just get an audio filter and re encode your audio that should be it. Google around for audio filters and you can save some of your $$ , Encoding will take time depending on your pcs horsepower. Anyone can do this. Even YOU.
