Reduce image size? .gif

    Hi,

    I'm trying to reduce the size of this banner. It's 173kb and I need it to be 40-50.

    How can I do that? Are there any settings in ImageReady? or?

    I tried to convert it from .gif to flash but that didn't work.

    Please help me, this is urgent!

    problem fixed, I just created it again using flash.

    :) I think the best way to do it is to install photoshop and to 'save it for web' option in 'files'.save it as .jpg or .gif ,depending on the image.
    I did not find anything else that can do the job better
    cheers.
