$30 via paypal within 72 hours.

My client is currently rebranding their company and is searching for a new logo.

They are a commercial real estate development company located in the Midwest (Great Lakes) region of the United States.

The original logo can be found at the website: www.third()coast()dev.com Take out the "()"s

The current logo is the simplified skyline of the city where they are based, Grand Rapids, MI. They skyline has since seen the addition of two larger buildings so it is now outdated.

Please be as creative as possible. We will be providing feedback daily.

    Thank you.

If the winning design is very impressive, we may choose to have you design a business card for us also.
