I have one site xyz.com. which is mainly for iitjee but now we have palanned to make it for Medical courses too. so we have created iitjee.xyz.com only we have single page for this now. and my main site xyz.com is coming on my main keywor iitjee. but now we are thinking that all of our iitjee content should be moved at iitjee.xyz.com and same for Medical.xyz.com.
So please suggest me what should i do in best SEO. should i use 301 or 302 redirection.

 

Permanent redirection is the best, you should go for 301.

301 redirect is the one you want to use, 302 is just a temporary redirect. Make sure don't just redirect the domain name, this is a common issue many webmasters come to. You want to redirect "each" web page to it's new corresponding web page on the new domain.
