    Hello,

My personal travel site has about 300 domains linking to it and quite a lot of trafic.

I am planning on starting a new commercial travel website.

If I buy a new domain name and redirect my personal website URL to the new domain, will the internal pages of my new website benefit from the links I had to the old website?

Or are the old links going to be ignored by Google besause the website has changed?

    Could someone please help me?

    Sylvain

However once you do not renew old domain, all links that are now pointing to that domain will be lost.

Your current website is working very well, then why do you want to redirect to a new domain?

Anyways, your new domain will get benefit from old domain. But you may lose some traffic in this transition which may bounce back soon.
