Redirecting - to a %20 Please help

    Ok, I have moved my site to powweb and this code doesn't work on this server, the fallowing code takes people from /e-word-word-word.htm to /search/index.php?REQ=word-word-word

    But I want it to take people from /e-word-word-word.htm to /search/index.php?REQ=word%20word%20word



    I thank you in advance for your help on this, hopefully I wasn't to confusing, thanks.
