Redirecting second TLD to one site

    I have .com domain and want to redirect .net of same domain to my site.
    Will that be okay for seo?
    any disadvantage? which direct should i use?

    any advise will be appreciated

    Why you use a .net over a .com is beyond me, but you could use a 301 redirect.

    Create a .htaccess file on the .com site with this info.
    Replace the "DOMAINNAME" with your domain. :D

    That's not what your first post says, but just modify that extention in the code.

    if you're #1 position or something like that, if you redirect a PR 0 domain to your main domain, you may loose your rank possibly
