Let's say I have a home page with links to a number of sub pages. Each link will be quite clear as to what the visitor is clicking. For instance, a link would read "Buy Red Widgets", so clearly the visitor wants to buy red widgets. When visitors click the link, I can send them to the subpage, and they can then click an affiliate link to go to the advertiser's site. On the other hand, rather than going to the subpage first, am I allowed to simply bypass that step and redirect them straight to the affiliate link? I wanted to check CJ's TOS on this, but for the life of me, I can't seem to find the darned TOS on their site. Anyone got a link? Vito
Sign up to CJ as a new user, the TOS will be offered to you before your finish. If someone is on your site and they click "buy red widgets" and they end up with a page to offer a red widget, it should be fine.
Thanks, SiCK. (This is what I was trying to explain to you in PM). I am already a CJ user. Where on the site can I access the TOS? Surely there must be a link for existing users... Vito
Dunno, but from the sign up its: https://signup.cj.com/member/signup/pub_service_agreement_wrapper.jsp?serviceAgreement=/psa.html
