Redirecting non www. to www. - Possible without .htaccess?

    Hello,

I recently transferred ecommerce hosts, and I have a problem.

    EXAMPLE:
    My old domain was: test.com
    My new domain is: www.test.com
(Notice, it includes a www. now)

I am unable to do a .htaccess because the server is IIS.

A 301 redirect won't work, because they said:
301 redirects only work when both of the URLs are on the same domain, so it wouldn't be possible to define the address of the redirect with or without the WWW. The www is already assumed to be at the beginning of the address.

So, is there anyway to have my link juice passed from a non www. to a www. , because I did a lot of link building and I want to keep the link juice.

    Thanks very much!
