u can use the 301 redirect - http://www.webconfs.com/how-to-redirect-a-webpage.php

 

You can just use PHP in the HTML files.

In your .htaccess file, place the following:

AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .htm .html

Code (.htaccess):

Then just code the HTML files as if they were PHP files. That's what I do on www.monochromedia.com.
