Redirecting Forum

    I am planning on moving one of my forum from the root to /forums but in this process don't wanna lose all the juice i have been getting from search Engines. What is the quickest way to remove the old link from SERP and instead get the bots to update the link.

    in my it isnt.You will have to use zero duplicate mod to keep away dupicates.
    you can redirect 301 the index but not lindexed sites.You will have to wait for reindexing
