    Hi all:

I just read online that it's possible to insert a domain name in the resource box of an article and have it redirect to an affiliate product.

Has anyone ever done this and how is it done?

Thanks so much for your insight.

yes you can do it, article directories allow that if you have your own top level domain, and there are 2 way to do it:

    1) with php tags
    2) 301 redirect

I've always just done it with an html redirect, its simple as pie. Just open notepad and paste the following:

Just replace the URL with your affiliate link. Then save it and rename it to index.html and upload it to your site; the domain will now instantly redirect to the product page passing your affiliate cookie in the process.
