Redirecting Azoogle Offer

I'm having a problem with a specific offer(s) on Azoogle. The company is BingoCabin which mostly targets international leads (non-us). Every time I setup an ad within Adwords it goes into a "under review" status for a few minutes, then shortly follows with a "Declined" status. The reason is for "inaccurate url"

    Adwords Example :

    This is Cool <-Title
This is cool is a test to <- Description 1
    show the members ... <- Description 2
    www.yourdomain.com <- Display URL

(display url is my azoolge affiliate link)

Once I setup all that with the corresponding information, my link redirects to a smiley site. How do I fix this??

While yesterday I was doing an extensive research on how to overcome this problem, yet it was still a grueling process. After searching many sites which stated that adwords users where not able to promote international ads (not verified by Google) I decided to ask Google themselves. So Now the best part is waiting in line for your question to be answered.
Just wondering, anyone in this forum never has or had that problem? I'm trying to pull about 5K-10K this week before my initial payout on the 14th. So I trying to find all the available options I have.

Azoogle links will redirect to the offer page, this is against the adwords rules, you must display the URL for the destination of the link. You cannot redirect or iFrame (though iFraming does happen).

Also bare in mind if you iFrame, many CPA offers are not setup to deliver the cookie so many conversions will be lost, costing you even more money.

As to the smiley site, Azoogle like ot show that to me when i attempt to open a offer not available in my location.
