redirect url?

    you can use 301 redirect to redirect the old URL to new one.

    It's purely depends on which platform you used for your website. If it's pure html and php, only .htaccess will be available to redirect as of my knowledge. Or if you are running with a CMS. Many plugins and modules are available to put redirects.
