Your question is not very clear, so don't except a better response.

Redirection is not bad but too much is bad.. you can make a 301 redirect which is search engine friendly.

If you do not redirect and same content is accessible form 2 ore more url then google will consider it duplicate content and will affect its ranking, like site.com and www.site.com is 2 different domain for google so it is always better to redirect site.com to www.site.com....

    Lets see what others say.

Redirecting is frowned upon by google and they can blacklist your site if they see that you are doing it.

Actually no, redirecting is very much accepted, you just have to follow a few rules. I'd give you a link, but unable yet :) just look in google "google webmaster tool change of address", you'll get lots of info. I agree though, the question should be clearer.

    yes, you are right Basickno,
I am talking about domain.com to www.domain.com redirect because google consider that both are different site but this is one site with same content

Okay, so it's not harmful so much , if you really want to do this, there are two options.
    1. register your site with google webmaster account two way (with domain.com and again with www.domain.com) then set preffered domain in site configuration,
    2. use .htaccess file in your root folder to place this redirect, (if you do option 1, you don't need to worry about this one)

    Regards,
