Redirect Page after 8 seconds

    I want a HTML code like :

    <meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" content="0; url=http://XXXXXXXXXXX/en/home.html">

    but i want to refresh the page to redirect after 8 seconds...

    Because i want to add an image that says "Loading" and "In 8 seconds you will be redirected to website"

    Ex:

    I type the address , the page appears you will be redirected in bla bla bla bla and after 8 seconds i am redirected to my home.html page...

    I don't know the html code , please help me :D

    content="8" means 8 seconds.
