Redirect is good?

I redirected non-www to use www already, but now, i can use none index.php and index.php

I want to ask: auto redirect domain.com to domain.com/index.php for all access is good or bad?

Its the other way around. You want to redirect domain.com/index.php into domain.com. See here for more info.
