Redirect if user enter IP address

I would like to redirect all users that are browsing my site with IP address in address bar to www.mysite.com.

Example if user come to:
http://111.111.111/forums

redirect to:
http://www.mysite.com/forums

Can anyone help me?

 

Is the IP address a shared IP address on the server or is it for your site only?

 

I'm on Virtual Private Hosting. If it's share I have to ask my server webmaster.
