I'm not sure how the Adwords policy regarding redirects and such changed recently, if they did at all, their explanation wasn't very good. But I wanted to ask specifically about CCBILL redirects. As an affiliate marketer, some programs use CCBILL as the biller, and getting credit for those sales requires a redirect through a CCBILL URL. Does Google allow ccbill redirects on the destination URL?
Bump. Here is an example URL. Would AdWords allow a destination URL like this as long as it goes to the site marked at the end? refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=XXXXXX-0000&PA=XXXXXXX&HTML=http://www.affiliatesite.com
If your display url is: affiliatesite.com and your destination url is: refer.ccbill.com..blah blah blah and the surfer ends up at: affiliatesite.com then you're fine.
