redirect for when someone goes to certain file

    Hello,

    I need it so whenever someone finds themselves going to a URL that contains 'sendMail.php?cat=4' I need them to be redirected to "../forms/form.php" regardless of where they are on the site.

    Can someone tell me what I need to put in .htaccess?
