!!!~"REDIRECT / CONTINUE TO PAGE" script needed~!!!

hi guys,

i need someone to write me / teach me how to write a script,
example: let say i have alot of rapidshare links on my site,

but before users can access(click) the links,
i want my users to go to a "custom page" (Advertising ) where they'll need to "Click To Continue",

It's something like "http://www.link-protector.com/",
but i don't want their ads, i want my own ads,
Also i want to be able to customize that ad page,

example can also be seen on "ovguide.com" when click on their links you'll be redirected but before that ;"their ads",
