    try the google webmaster tooll ...wil check all the urls of your website and shows crawl error if arise..

    You can use Google Webmaster Tool to check redirection of URL. More you can use rankpage.com/redirect-check/, webconfs.com/redirect-check.php and many other redirect check tools that are available online.

    I think that Google Webmaster Tool is not only the best, but also the easiest way in checking redirection. It always helps me. :)
