Redirect and SEO

I have two domains mcnabs.com and sierravistarealestateaz.com. A few years ago we moved our website from mcnabs.com to sierravistarealestateaz.com for SEO reasons and permanently redirect mcnabs.com to it. All of our advertising is directed at mcnabs.com because it is branded with our business name. My question is would it hurt or help my SEO if I moved the website back over to mcnabs.com and got rid of sierravistarealestateaz.com?

You will have to give wild 301 redirect to your new website so that authority of old website will be transferred to the new website. It will make SEO for your new website allot more easier as the authority of your old website will be passed to your new website.
