Redesigned site - What Else Can be done?

I have now redesigned my 4-month old site and hope that the new design will do better. Is there anything you think I may do to improve the performance of the site?

I'd make the text in the Ads as Black and URL as Green or Black

 

Nice blending. Why does the rightnav start from half-way thru the screen? Otherwise I liked it.

 

Having two adsense on the same upper area is a bit too much. Try moving your 250 x 250 ad block in the content area (in the middle)

 

Clicks from girls are worth more

 

Can't get the rightnav any higher with the template I'm using.

 

I have tried that but when I try to put the ads within the content they don't appear at all. Not sure how I could overcome that.
